Among the Condé Museum’s treasures is a unique, prestigious assemblage of 16th-century portrait drawings by Jean and François Clouet. In 1889, the Duke of Aumale acquired over 300 drawings that had been in the collection of Queen Catherine de Medici, some of which are presented here.
